Cedric Fitness App ("we" or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in connection with your use of the Cedric Fitness mobile application (the "App").
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.
We may collect personal information from you when you use the App, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, height, weight, fitness goals, fitness level, workout history, payment information, and location data. We may also collect your device information, IP address, and usage data, including the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics. We collect this information for the purpose of providing and improving the App, analyzing usage trends, and personalizing your experience.
We use your personal information to operate, maintain, and improve the App, including but not limited to creating personalized fitness plans, providing customer service, processing payments, and sending marketing emails.
If you make a payment through the App, your payment information will be processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your payment information on our servers. You can find more information about Stripe's privacy practices at https://stripe.com/privacy.
We may also use your personal information to communicate with you, such as responding to your inquiries or providing you with updates about the App.
We may collect location data from your device when you use the App to enable certain features, such as tracking your workout routes and providing personalized recommendations based on your location. You can disable location services at any time by adjusting the settings on your device.
The App may request permission to access your device's camera and microphone to enable certain features, such as taking photos or videos to document your progress or providing voice-guided workouts. You can disable camera and microphone access at any time by adjusting the settings on your device.

If you create an account on the App, your account information will be password-protected. We recommend that you choose a strong and unique password and do not disclose it to anyone.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use the App or provide any personal information.
